can't activate

I bought de office 2024. Got the key in the mail. Try to register; computer said "can't connect to the regestration server"

I disabled all antivirus and firewalls. Still no succes.

Try to contact the support, no reaction...

What to do?!

Please check whether any third-party software is blocking SoftMaker Office from connecting to the activation server.

You may also try starting your system in Safe Mode with Networking to rule out any software interference.

I reboot in safe mode with is cable direct to my fritzbox router. Same result.
I disabled all anti virus software and firewalls. Same result.

What port is involved? and wat IP adres, I will try to ping your registration server.
