Currently, once I have finished saving files in the Softmaker( tmdx, pmdx, prdx) and Template formats (Softmaker) for Textmaker, Planmaker and Presentation

However, the problem is that when I tap on the file, a message appears (see Figure 1), It says the file cannot be opened. I have to use open Textmaker, Planmaker or Presentation and use the ‘Open’ function to access the file. This is very inconvenient. As I am already in the file manager, having to use a different method is very time-consuming. This issue needs to be resolved so that the file opens immediately upon tapping.

The second issue: After saving the file, when using the phone’s file manager, the files saved in the Softmaker format do not display their correct icons. Instead, a different icon appears (see Figure 2). This needs to be improved.

3.
In Textmaker’s ‘Browse’ window, the ‘Presentation’ must ensure that all files display an icon. Currently, none of the files display an icon in the ‘Browse’ window of the ‘Open’ function.

I didn't know much about the English language, so I had to use a translation tool. I love Vietnam. My hometown 🇻🇳 🇻🇳 🇻🇳 🇻🇳

Thank you, Softmaker
I’m really enjoying the latest NX 2026 version for mobile at the moment. I’ve been able to open files I’ve saved in the Softmaker format directly within the file manager. However, there’s still no software icon, which means I can’t tell which programme the file belongs to.

In any case, I rate it very highly—10 out of 10 for Softmaker. I love what you’ve created and hope the mobile version will shine even brighter. There are a few unresolved bugs, even though I’ve reported them. But that’s fine; I’m still looking forward to it.
