I’m having a problem:
Previously, I permanently deleted the template formatting (Times New Roman font) and replaced it with a new template I created myself. I then set this as the default.
Sheet 1 displays perfectly normally. However, when I add a new sheet, it doesn’t display correctly (see image). From Sheet 2 onwards, when I select the template I saved, those sheets are automatically deleted, and only Sheet 1 remains visible.
What is happening? Is this a bug, or have I done something wrong? I’m really frustrated that Sheets 2 and above aren’t behaving as expected.

I think this is definitely a software bug.
You saved it as a Template (Planmaker) and set it as the default. You did this correctly; there’s nothing wrong with that. If you had done it incorrectly, when you closed the document and reopened it, the software wouldn’t follow the template.
But this time, when you added a new sheet, Planmaker didn’t follow the template you saved. Only Sheet 1 followed it.
Even stranger: on Sheet 2 and beyond, when you select the template, these sheets are automatically deleted.
This is definitely a bug. I think this issue should be fixed so that every sheet adheres to the template saved by the user. And the problem where selecting the template on Sheet 2 and beyond causes those sheets to be automatically deleted—leaving only Sheet 1—needs to be resolved completely.

I realized that Planmaker’s default template format used to work very well. Whenever a sheet was added, it adhered to the format.
But you permanently deleted that and replaced it with a new template format you created yourself, and Planmaker no longer adheres to it. It only adheres to the format on Sheet 1; any sheets added afterward do not follow it. They automatically change the font and font size. And when switching to the user-created template format, the added sheets are automatically deleted, leaving only Sheet 1.
I think this issue needs to be resolved as soon as possible. I’m not sure if this happens on other computers or operating systems, since I don’t have many machines or OSes. I hope the Softmaker team can help me investigate this issue. I’m concerned it might occur on other operating systems as well.

A document template is used as the basis for creating a new PlanMaker document; it is not reapplied whenever you insert a worksheet. To set the default font for every worksheet, edit the “Normal” cell style via Home | Format | Cell styles | Manage cell styles, save the file as a PlanMaker template, and set it as the default. Selecting a template through File | New creates a new document, which is why only its original worksheet appears.
