Issue with writing dates using Eastern Arabic numerals

When I write a date in text maker using Eastern Arabic numerals from right to left—starting with the day, then the month, and finally the year—and then save, close, and reopen the document, the date appears reversed (starting with the year, then the month, and then the day). Is there a solution to this problem that preserves the date format so it does not change when the document is reopened?

Please enable the extended Arabic-text support and set the affected paragraph to right-to-left:

1. Open File | Options | General.
2. Enable Extended support for Arabic text.
3. Right-click the affected paragraph and select Paragraph.
4. On the Paragraph tab, set Text direction to Right to left.

Please save, close, and reopen the document after applying these settings. If the date is still reversed, please attach a sample document and provide the exact date entered, before-and-after screenshots, the selected file format, and the installed FreeOffice revision so we can investigate further.
