Feature request

I format books for both print and for e-book (both Kindle and EPUB) using a word processor. Being able to export from TextMaker directly to EPUB is a blessing, but there's room for improvement.

I prefer to create my tables of contents for e-books manually. When using Microsoft Word, there were two ways to insert a table of contents link to a place in the book. One method is to manually insert a bookmark at the destination point, then to configure a link to that place in the table of contents. This method also works in TextMaker -- but it's cumbersome.

In Microsoft Word, since I used the default Heading1, Heading2, Heading3 ... styles for chapter heads and subheads, it was possible to go to "Insert link" and that would pop up a document map showing all the headings in the document, and I could just pick the one I wanted from the list, customize the text to appear on the table of contents, and that was done. With this method, there's no need to scroll through the document to insert a bunch of cryptic bookmarks. Do it this way is orders of magnitude faster than the first method.

This second method isn't available in TextMaker. Can it be added? Please, please, please?
