Feature Proposal: Improve File Compatibility

I have a feature suggestion to improve file compatibility:

For example:
When I create a document in Word, a spreadsheet in Excel, or a presentation in PowerPoint—or create a document, spreadsheet, or presentation using other office software and save it—and then open it in any software from the FreeOffice, SoftMaker Office NX, or SoftMaker Office suites, it is fully compatible and works without any errors. To achieve 100% file compatibility. I have an idea:

+ Any features available in Microsoft Office or any other office software but not in FreeOffice, Office NX, or Softmaker Office will not disappear or be hidden; they will always be visible but cannot be edited. These features are for viewing only.

+ Conversely, any features found in Microsoft Office or any other office software that are also present in FreeOffice, Office NX, and Softmaker Office will be fully editable.


+When a file is created using any office software, if you open it with any program from the FreeOffice, SoftMaker Office NX, or SoftMaker Office suites, you can still change the font to a different one. However, After changing the font , the original font will no longer appear in the font list that pops up because it is not available or installed. I call this a "phantom font.".A virtual font is a type of font that prevents text from being converted to a different font. Without a virtual font, the file will become garbled. Once the user automatically switches to a real font, the virtual font will automatically disappear permanently from FreeOffice, SoftMaker Office NX, and SoftMaker Office, and it will never be found again unless the file is closed and reopened.

These are my suggestions. I simply hope that the file compatibility of FreeOffice, Softmaker Office NX, and Softmaker Office will reach a level of absolute perfection. The benefits this would bring are significant, and I’m certain many people would use your software because it offers 100% perfect file compatibility and never experiences formatting errors. I hope the ideas I’ve outlined here will become a reality.
