I have a question: Once the Universal package has been successfully purchased, is a physical item, (something tangible that can be seen and held) delivered to your home? :D
I didn't know much about the English language, so I had to use a translation tool. I love Vietnam. My hometown 🇻🇳 🇻🇳 🇻🇳 🇻🇳

As already explained in our email response, the answer is no. After you purchase or subscribe to a SoftMaker product, the download link and product key required for activation are sent to you by email and made available in the SoftMaker Customer Center.
