Date Reliant On system Date Fromat

The problem with planmaker being reliant on the system date format makes portablity an issue.
To make this completely portable to other PCs, would it not be better to have this format in settings?

There is no such issue. The date in a date column is only displayed in the system date format. Internally, it is stored as a date offset from 1900-01-01.

The sole exception would be when converting strings that look like dates to internal dates using conversion functions. But that is rarely used, and Excel has the same problem.
