Why one document ?

Good morning,
This is not the first time, but when I scan two documents, the window that opens in Flexipdf 2025 shows me that the two documents have been scanned.
On the other hand when the document opens in flexipdf I only have one (1) alone on both.
Error on my part or software (daring as a question)?

Thank you for your query. During the scanning process, you will be prompted to select a device from a list that includes various drivers. Please select the TWAIN driver from this list to proceed with the scan.
