New Feature: "Justify" in the "Fill" drop-down menu, Planmaker

Post by Văn Phước Nguyễn »

I’ve noticed that when entering a long string of text in Planmaker, the content becomes too long and can be overwhelming for the viewer. If you use the “Wrap Text” feature, the text will wrap to the next line, but this affects other cells—changing their size or merging them into a single empty cell.

Therefore, I’d like to suggest a “Justify” feature. This feature is already available in Excel under the "Fill" drop-down menu. It’s very simple to use:

1. Select the necessary cells.
2. Select "Fill," then choose "Justify" from the drop-down menu.
3. The long text is now neatly formatted and looks very neat and even. Each text block is placed on its own row of cells. Cells are not merged into a single cell, and their sizes remain unchanged.

The Justify feature is already available in Excel. Planmaker must have this feature. This feature is useful because it helps condense long text into shorter text without affecting cell size; cells will not be merged together as they are with the Wrap Text feature.
