[Feature Suggestion] Delete, Add, Change location in the Context Menu Vertical

Regarding the current situation:

Currently, users of the mobile or desktop versions of Softmaker Office NX, Softmaker Office, and FreeOffice are encountering a minor issue. Specifically, they are unable to delete, add, Change location items from the context menu Vertical.

Solution:

If the status bar and quick access toolbar allow adding and removing items, the context menu should work the same way. I have a solution:

1. Add a new command tab called “Context Menu Vertical” to the list on the right side of the “Customize” feature. When users look to the right and select that tab, a list of features will appear

2. All that’s left is to add the items you like and remove the unnecessary ones to make it much neater.

Benefits of this feature:

+ It helps users feel that the context menu is much more organized.
+ It allows users to add new features for use directly from the context menu, rather than having to access them via the toolbar. For example, to use “Track chages,” users currently have to navigate to the “Review” tab—which is very time-consuming. With this feature, it’s immediately available in the context menu, saving users a significant amount of time and effort.

This feature will be available for Textmaker, Planmaker, and Presentation (NX, one-time purchase version, and FreeOffice), regardless of whether you're using the ribbon or the classic interface.

Oh yes, this also provides a few other wonderful benefits that you didn't think about:
1. Turning support into an unending nightmare when trying to help a user to find what's he is looking for after he modified the entire menu or by mistake removed what he was looking for.
2. Adding unnecessary complexity.
3. Providing a feature of no value for long time SMO users who are accustomed to the way menus are organized.

What-s next? Suggest 8 new ribbon purely cosmetic variations to SMO? Oh wait... it has been suggested already...

Please be quiet. Softmaker’s NX 2026 version now supports the “Delete, add” option in the horizontal context menu. Now it’s time to add it to the vertical context menu. Only then will it be complete.

The other 8 ribbon themes are optional. They allow users who are bored with the current ribbon to switch to one of the 8 ribbon themes. These themes are not enabled by default.
