Where's the status bar?
I enabled the "Status bar" feature in the mobile version of Planmaker. However, I don't see the status bar anywhere. And I can't swipe with my finger.

Re: Where's the status bar?
In PlanMaker for Android, enable it here:
Menu → Tools → Options → Appearance → Show status bar in ribbon mode
Note: This option is available when using the Ribbon interface on the bottom of screen.

I’ve had the same problem. The status bar has disappeared instead of appearing. I can’t swipe down.
I didn't know much about the English language, so I had to use a translation tool. I love Vietnam. My hometown

Re: Where's the status bar?
We are unable to reproduce this issue. Please reinstall the PlanMaker app and then try again.

Re: Where's the status bar?
To be more specific about this issue:
1. I use Textmaker, Planmaker and Presentation.
2. I uninstalled Planmaker.
3. I then reinstalled it and tried again.
4. However, the status bar is missing. I closed and reopened the programme, but the problem persists.
Please note: I have adjusted the size of the command buttons and the touch mode settings in Planmaker.
I’m using a Galaxy A04 S running Android 13. This issue only occurs in Planmaker. Textmaker and Presentation still display the status bar.

I’ve already restarted the phone, but the problem is still there

After reinstallation, you need to follow this process again:

Re: Where's the status bar?
It still doesn’t work. I’ve followed the instructions
When I uninstalled Planmaker and went to the Play Store to reinstall it, the items I had added or removed from the quick-access toolbar were still there. Even the ‘Format’ and ‘Help’ tabs remained intact.
Everything else is normal and the Planmaker software remains unchanged. Even if I uninstall and reinstall the app a hundred times, the Quick Access Toolbar still lacks a menu. This drives me mad, as Textmaker and Presentation both have a normal status bar. Planmaker doesn’t have one, yet in ‘Customise’, it still appears in the list.
However, I have adjusted the size of the command button icons. No matter what size I set, it remains the same. The same applies when adjusting the resolution. Planmaker still refuses to display them.

-Restart the phone: Doesn’t work
-Clear the Planmaker cache: Doesn’t work.
-Reload: Still doesn’t work
Softmaker’s software is quite unique: even if you uninstall the app, any changes I’ve made within the software (such as adding new command tabs or customising the quick-access toolbar) remain. I like that
This afternoon, I reset Planmaker’s quick-access toolbar to its default state (as it was when I first downloaded it, before making any changes to the software). There’s a menu button, but following the instructions didn’t work.
I think this bug might be related to the source code of the mobile version.
I enjoy using Planmaker. My phone only uses your software; I never use any other apps because they lack features and have been ruthlessly stripped down by the manufacturer.

I’ve got no other choice now. And I’ve provided a very detailed description of this fault.
