Hi there,

I installed the software on my windows laptop but I can't open the tools. I double click and nothing happens.

It never happened to me that I didn`t know how to open a tool but unfortunately it happen with softmaker.

Can you please tell me how to open softmaker?

Please try launching TextMaker, PlanMaker, or Presentations directly from the Windows Start menu rather than from the installer.

If the applications still do not open, please let us know which application you are trying to start and what happens when you click it. If possible, please also share a short screen recording of the issue so we can better understand what is happening.
