Metal Engine Failure in Mac OS Sonoma

Hi all, I have been using Softmaker Office 2024 on Mac OS Sonoma for a short time, and all had been working well until today. I moved from a Windows 10 PC about 3 months ago. Upon starting Planmaker, I am getting a Metal Engine Failure notice and the application will not start.

I deleted the preference file and restarted and got the same issue.

I uninstalled the app, reinstalled from the installer file and also got the same result.

Any ideas on what to do would be appreciated.
