Is any information available regarding when the 2026 (or 2027?) version of FreeOffice will be available to the public for download?

No details are available at this point. SoftMaker Office 2026 has not been released yet, and a FreeOffice edition is usually published some time after the commercial version, so one should not be expected in the near future.
