New language for the ‘dialog language’ section

Vietnamese should be added to the ‘Dialogue Language’ section. To add this language, follow these steps: go to the File tab, select Options, select Interface, then select ‘Dialogue Language’. I hope you will consider adding this language, as there are people in Vietnam, such as myself, who may not know English and find it difficult to use the software. I hope you will consider adding this language to both mobile and desktop versions. Thank you.
