I think we should remove the following duplicate features, as they are very important; this will make the software a little lighter and won’t take up much space In textmaker:
-Compress all pictures in the File tab.
-Break in the Insert tab .
Field in the Insert tab .
Cross-reference in the References tab .
Hyphenation in the Review tab .
Field names and shade fields in the View tab.
Grid and guides in the View tab.
Footnote, endnote in the Insert tab.

Duplicate in planmaker
The following duplicate features should be removed:
Define print range in the Layout tab.
Header/footer in the Layout tab.
Input validation, mark invalid data, remove marks, previous invalid cell and next invalid cell. Only keep Input validation, previous invalid cell, next invalid cell and add invalid data marks and remove marks in the Data tab. Hope you rethink this.
And removed the "Print merge" duplicate feature in the File tab. As this feature is already available in the Mailings Tag.
Only two textmaker and planmaker software have duplicate features. Presentations, on the other hand, don't. Please think this over and include your two posts on the development team.

Some (very few) commands are available from two places in the ribbon because they logically belong in two places. This makes it easier for the users to discover them.
