Color Picker

The color picker looks more or less like what I expect a color picker to look like, but there's a very basic omission:

The standard colors include a basic Yellow, which is essentially a pure yellow (R=255, G=255, B=0), and a basic Red, which is almost a pure red (R=192, G=0, B=0). The Red in the standard colors should probably be closer to R=255, but we can live with a value around 200.

The serious omission is that there is no pure blue, in either the standard colors or in the theme colors. There should be a pure (or nearly pure) blue in the standard colors. (R=0, G=0, B=255)
