Document content panel shows old titles in track changes mode

When using track changes with deleted text in titles, the "document content" panel will include the deleted text if in 'Advanced View' mode. If you select 'final' or 'simple' mode, the deleted text disappears from the panel. See below. Seems like the deleted text should never be there because it was... deleted.
