Post by Tanoka »

Hi!

That windows keeps popping in. I have 32Gb of RAM and i am using 4 documents at the same time 52 and 53 Mb two of them and few Kb the other 2 so i guess it is not my computer lacking memory.

Does anyone kow what´s happening?

Thank you in advance.

Thank you for sharing your issue. The “Insufficient Memory” warning can be triggered by multiple factors beyond just memory size, such as:
  • High system resource usage (e.g., background processes)
  • Complex file elements (e.g., large formulas, conditional formatting)
  • Embedded objects (e.g., numerous high-resolution images)
To help us diagnose the issue, please upload your file to a cloud storage service (e.g., OneDrive, Google Drive etc.) and share the link with us.

Today i had the same problem and just for save the change of the font of the information put in a small work and with no other process or heavy application of my pc.

At the end i tried to close my xlsx and when i tried to re-open it all my work and all the initial information inside was vanished.

I tried to recovery and restore my file and i opened my file but there was no data inside.

Softmaker, please, can you help me restore the content of my file?

Please share the file in which you are experiencing this problem.

Also, please check your \Documents\SoftMaker\Backup folder for a file with the same name.

If your file is private, please send it to forum[at]softmaker.com along with a link to this post.

Could you please clarify whether the lost changes were saved at some point or if they were never saved? For unsaved changes, I am sorry to say, recovery is not possible.
