Can you use the Basic Sans and Basic Roman fonts free outside of the app, because they are visually same as them?

The SoftMaker Android apps (and on other systems) have Basic Sans and Basic Roman (in the /storage/emulated/0/SoftMaker folder), versions of Arial and Times New Roman. Can they be used freely outside of the app? They are identical to Arial and TNR except they are SoftMaker's clones, provided free to every user from SoftMaker apps on any OS. Can they be used outside of the app, like in AndrOpen Office? Are there any other free SoftMaker fonts besides these ones? I use Nimbus Sans L (AFPL/GPL) for Helvetica, but should I use Basic Sans for Arial? I use font clones instead.

If you want to use the font in other apps on your computers, phones or tablets, feel free to do so.

If your question is about distributing the fonts to others, we don't allow that.
