Hi,
I have a PDF document that where all the pages feature a landscaped two-page format. I know how to split a single page in two using the crop function but is there a function to separate each page of the document in two and rearrange them in a single document?

Thank you for posting your issue.
No, there is no such such feature available.

This kind of transformation is best done with graphics software.
As I lack experience with Microsoft Windows® I can only point to Gimp or Ghostscript, as both exist in versions for Windows®. While the first comes with a GUI and may be most useful for occasional transformations of PDF, the latter can be called in batch routines.
