Does Softmaker ever respond to support requests? I've been trying for three days to get help with zero response.
When I went to run Textmaker on my phone, I got a message saying the software was installed on too many devices and asking for a new key. Everything was working fine and I haven't installed the software on any new devices. I'm on the road and totally stuck. I can't run Textmaker, and can't get anyone from Softmaker to respond. Is there anything I can do?

The situation was resolved through support. One problem is that the email I used for my softmaker account was used to register for this forum, but I can't remember the user name, so I had to register again. There is a function to reset a forgotten password, but no easy way to retrieve a forgotten user name. If i give you the email address used for my softmaker account can you tell me the forum username associated with that email address?
