Sometimes gets stuck in text overwrite mode

Every so often it gets stuck in the overwrite input mode (instead of insert), regardless of what state is actually activated on the keyboard. This is not the case with any other non-SoftMaker application running at the same time, so it is definitely not an OS or HW-level issue. Restarting the application fixes it.

Are you saying that hitting the Ins key on your keyboard does not resolve this?
