Page Numbers in Chapters that appear in left/right pages

Hi,

In my document, I have a title page.

I added a chapter with the setting to appear on the right page, which means that TextMaker created a blank page between page #1 and page #3.

Now, I want to add page numbers, including the blank page. How can I do this? There doesn't seem to be a way.

Also, when I go to the master view and add page numbers, they do not appear in all chapters. I thought that a master page template would be applicable across the whole document.

When there are blank left-hand pages so new chapter begin on a right-hand page (which is the correct way to format books), the blank left-hand pages should NOT have any header, footer, or page number. They are BLANK.
