Crash when launching multiple PDFs simultaneously from Windows Explorer

I’m having a problem with FlexiPDF 2025.414.0924 (64-bit). When I try to open two PDF files at the same time from File Explorer, the application crashes (closes immediately). This happens with any PDF file. The issue does NOT occur when opening multiple files directly from within the application. I don’t have any updates available. The operating system is Windows 11 25H2 build 26200.7171. The problem occurs on all computers. The systems are fresh — they were recently reinstalled.

Does anyone know what might be causing this or how to fix it?

Good evening,
I tested the delivered hotfix on two of my computers. I opened a dozen different PDF files at the same time from the Windows File Explorer, and it looks like the fix has resolved the issue.
