Some Feature Suggestions

Post by Anyum »

Hello, I recently installed SoftMaker Office NX Suite on Android and have been trying it out for about a week as an alternative to Microsoft Office for Android, which I find too "minimalist" in terms of features. After trying it out, I have a few feature suggestions:

- Microsoft Word has a feature for inserting equations. However, I couldn't find this feature in TextMaker.
- PlanMaker has a PivotTable feature, but it doesn't have a PivotChart feature. In addition, I couldn't find a "Subtotal tool" (not the SUBTOTAL formula/function) which is useful for database creation.
- Regarding table creation in Presentations, I had difficulty adjusting the width of table columns/row height, while the user manual only explains how to change the size using the mouse in the Windows, Mac, and Linux versions.

I think that's all for my feature suggestions. Thank you!

Thank you for your issues. I have forwarded this as an improvement suggestion.

Once you create a Pivot table, you can just select the data and create a chart on it.

The functionality is the same. Simply use a "touch and hold" gesture instead of a double-click to open the context menu. As the ribbon commands are also identical, you can use the same user manual for the Android version.
