Planmaker crashed opening a Windows Office xlsx document. 600 rows, 8 columns. Can't send file. Sent crash report. That file opens OK in Planmaker 2024.
BETA Crashes on some of the other files in that folder, opens some. Files open in Office OK as well as PM 2024. Will try to find one that crashes that can be sent.

Crash after install new BETA
Re: Crash after install new BETA
Probably not much help. If I open and save with PM 2024, I can open it with the BETA.

Re: Crash after install new BETA
Not sure if this will help, but I move between a Windows machine and a Linux machine. I'm only testing beta under Linux, thinking Softmaker probably has more and more expert testers for MS.
That said, I deleted the vestiges of 2024 from my Linux machine, except for hiding the Softmaker folder for the settings. I installed the NX beta and let it make a Softmaker folder, put in my fave settings and my favourite spreadsheet (a simple cheque register) works fine.
Softmaker Office under Windows likes to put the Softmaker folder inside the Documents folder. Under Linux it likes the Softmaker folder just inside your Home folder. In case of mishap, my ideal settings are inside Home/Documents/Softmaker. I let the beta create Home/Softmaker. That will be where it looks for whatever it needs.
My advice is to sanitize different editions from each other.

Re: Crash after install new BETA
Thanks. Not running 2 versions. Different virtual machines. I don't run BETA software on a production system. I do run 2024 on it.

Our developer team have fixed this problem for the next Beta.
