The auto-save feature crashes the program

I'm furious, the damn auto-save feature doesn't work properly, it causes the program to crash and I lost a lot of progress because of it. You should fix it as soon as possible.

Please send us step-by-step instructions for reproducing the crash, along with the file with which it occurs.
