Hand cursor appears during slide transition

Dear,

I have a presentation that is fairly large. In presentation mode, the hand cursor sometimes flickers onto the screen during transitions. It's visually distraction. The cursor should not be shown at all unless I am actively moving the mouse.

It appears that sometimes the mouse cursor is not hidden at all - it appears as the usual black pointer, and briefly flashes to a hand cursor during transitions.
