Touchpad and Touchscreen Scrolling

Touchpad and Touchscreen Scrolling

Scrolling with the touchpad is not smooth, instead jumping 3 lines at a time as if it were being scrolled with a scroll wheel. Scrolling with touchscreen does not work, and instead selects text. I am on wayland. Can you fix scrolling on linux to make it smooth?
