Installer for non-admin OR Portable version

Hi there.

First, thanks for the great initiative. However, my company doesn't allow installing applications as administrator, therefore I am currently unable to run your software. I thought you could either create a installer that doesn't ask for admin privileges, or even create a portable version (a folder with all application files that you can put anywhere).
