Suggestion: upgrade the dictionary

The English language dictionary is lame. I just had it flag dietician, a not uncommon word and I've had that experience often. By comparison, MS Office has a much more robust dictionary.

Updating the free hunspell dlls and dictionaries would be a huge step forward too :)
