I have emailed firstname.lastname@example.org TWO times about this, both emails containing my
customer number and my old and new email address.
The first one was sent 13th of May 2016, the second 24th of May 2016. I cannot see that I
have received an answer. My new email address works, because the confirmation email
when registering at this forum was sent to it.
The reason why I want my email address changed at SoftMaker should be obvious. I want info
about offers, updates, newsletters etc.
So why hasn't SoftMaker bothered to answer. Is it arrogance? Is it bad organisation of the
And why haven't SoftMaker made it easy for their customers/users to log in somewhere and
change their contact data themselves?
