Ruby Text

Post by sinnoaria » Sat Jan 11, 2020 9:04 am

"Ruby Text" or "Ruby Characters" is/are used in languages such as Japanese (Furigana is usually for reading purposes, but sometimes used for other purposes, including stylistic purposes).

In other languages, it is very rarely used except for Zalgo text (a way of using marks to change how words appear), but those marks/accents do not display very well in textmaker and is very limited (only a few actual letters are supported).

Is there any way to use Ruby Text in Textmaker?

Don't know the rules for linking, but Ruby Characters has a page on Wikipedia that currently does explain about Ruby Characters. Apparently Interlinear Annotation is related.

Sorry for the delay. Unfortunately, it's not possible to use Ruby text in Textmaker.
I have just forwarded this to the product manager.
