I can't use named ranges with input validation -> list

I've got FreeOffice but writing here because the same result is with normal trial version.

Here's the point.
1:Create new document and insert table 3x3
2:Merge all rows in the left column.
3:In the resulting cell use shading and use black color.
4:Select all table and select borders ...

As for Parcelite...yeah I use it. You think that it can cause the problem?

I've installed fresh SMO 2018 for Linux, but I found a problem.

When I select a part of text with mouse or Shift + arrows the selection disapears less than a second.
Its for TM, PM and Presentations

My OS: OpenSuse Tumbleweed 64bit. SMO installed from shell
