File takes too long to open

Hi.
I created an xlsx file - 6,68KB - in Planmaker. Everytime I open this file Planmaker takes more than 60 seconds to open it.
There's nothing wrong with the program itself when I go to Windows start button > Planmaker.
The problem is when I open the xlsx file directly(double click on it).
