Document Launch Fails after Windows 10 Update

Hi,

First post here.
I am using SoftMaker for Office 2018.
Have searched the forums here and not seen a solution to the issue I have,
so thought I would post and see what happens.

The programs were launching fine, but at some point after a Windows update (windows 10)
I could no longer launch ...
