Early in my use of Textmaker, I was able to change my default mode of pasting text from "keeping formatting" to "unformatted text." At the time, it seemed like a good idea. (I don't remember where or how I was able to do that.)

So the problem is not limited to one file. It happens every time I try to add a Softmaker animation.
I am sharing a Loom recording of the problem in action on a new presentation.
