Accidently clicked on dont save while exiting Textmaker

I was writing a document and while exiting Textmaker I accidentally clicked on "no" when the pop up asked me if I want to save the changes..

can I recover it?

I tried looking for backups but I couldn't find it

yes I have "Auto-Recovery" and "Create backup files" checked in the "Options" menu but ...
