I decided to uninstall the software and reinstall the software and then I was able update the new service pack

programs won't run resource file has wrong revision number
I have a paid version of the softMaker office 2018 for windows a few months old. I had a program and reinstalled but now the programs won't open because it says the resource file have a wrong revision number and to install the new service pack. But I can't do it because the program won't open Please...
