Correct The booket prior to going to adobe reader for printing would look like, in landscape; name 01 .....................name 09..................name 017...................name 25 addr 01 city st zip 01 phone 01 name 02 addr 02 city st zip 02 phone 02 . . thru . . name 08............................

Mail merge not retaining fields

In TM 18 : When I insert the DB fields on an envelope form then later save the file the DB fields disappear. This worked fine in TM 16 and never lost the fields on saving. Now each time I try to use the mail merge I have to reset the fields, any reason for this? This the same DB that I use each year...
