That solved it, thanks.

After install.
It's showing PlanMaker Trial NX (rev S1210.0217) 64bit.
(Forced to run in Trial Mode)

The result is error message:
"This product key is for a different product...."

Upon execution of update:
"no valid softmaker office 2024 in folder C:|programfiles\softmaker office 2024\. Error code 0."
(Yes, S.O. 2024 is installed / working in C:|programfiles\softmaker office 2024)

I often delete original install .exe, .msi files (for programs that can be readily DL'd), rather than have them take up GBs of space.

Navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products
Search 'Products' directory for ofw2018_64.msi
On this box, it was found here:
\C90F0B20408446F4BBA82F62609E3E02\SourceList\ofw2018_64.msi
Delete ...

Never mind.
Required a registry edit.
All is well now.

Have tried install of the latest ofw2018_64.msi.
The install begins, but soon am presented with:
The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
Click OK, ...or enter an alternative path to a folder containing the installation package 'ofw2018_64.msi ...

Often get message: New Service Pack available.

When in the program "Check for Updates" yields:
There is a new service pack.
Do you want to download the update now?
(I hit OK and see the connection opening to Softmake Updater)
Then always presented ...
