Create envelopes

The manual says to go to Mailings|Group Create|Envelope. I can't find group Create! Please help!

If you use the ribbon interface, see screenshot below for Mailings | command group Create | Envelope.

If you use the classic menu interface, choose the command Insert > Envelope.
