For what it's worth, research outside of this forum suggests that it can be done, and that it has been done (successfully).

I find relying on the built-in help in TextMaker, PlanMaker, and Presentations to be awkward. I prefer to use the PDF user manuals. Are the PDF versions of the user manuals for SoftMaker Office 2026 available yet? If so, where can I download them?

I know the Fire tablets don't include the Google Playstore. That's why in my post I commented that I assume SoftMaker Office NX would have to be sideloaded. I understand that if this is done it won't be supported. I would like to know if it can be done.
