I have been logged out and refunded

I had installed PlanMaker from the Google Play Store and I subscribed for premium membership

I started getting messages that of I didn't start using the app I will be terminated from the premium membership and refunded

I had been regularly using PlanMaker but still was removed and my money refunded

Why has this happened when I had been regularly using this app ever since I installed and paid for the membership by the Google Play Store

I have no idea what this is about. We don't have a "premium" membership, and we haven't refunded you.
