Why isn’t my post getting any replies?

Hello, Softmaker team,
In the past, when I submitted feature requests, I received a response from Softmaker on the forum. But why haven’t my recent feature requests and questions posted on the forum received a response? This is very strange.

Don't worry, I'm sure you will get some replies soon.

At this time of year, many companies in Europe have staff vacations and not everyone can respond until they return to work.

As a customer myself, I know how important it is to get a response, but it will certainly happen. Softmaker are very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful (as you have seen in the past). None of us would ever get reply from Microsoft of course.

From my point of view, I appreciate your suggestions and it all helps with the overall development and dialogue between customers and the developers.

Thank you for following my feature suggestion posts. Will you continue to follow my feature suggestion posts in future? As Softmaker customers, we must help them build better and incredibly powerful software. Even surpassing Microsoft.

Do you remember my post?: ‘Define colour for highlighted text’. It included screenshots in both Vietnamese and English. But do you understand the Vietnamese?
