I have a question and I hope there will be an answer here: So when the payment for the softmaker office nx universal product is completed, will the product be delivered to your home?

We deliver the product digitally to your registered email address. You can download the software from our website and activate it using the key received in the email.

I received the product code a long time ago. In JuneI . I also emailed you last meal but haven't heard back. Hope you can reply soon.

If you have received a product code, why don’t you download the program? Are you expecting a CD-ROM?

The only version you have from us is the beta of the new SoftMaker Office, which is free of charge.

I have been visiting the website of softmaker》 customer support for the past few days and apparently have not received a response in the past few days. Checking in other folders is not even a junk folder. Hope you will respond soon
