Generating a data table of values

The task I have is: given a input cell, and an output cell (depending on the input cell via biiig block of data and intermediate computations) , create a data table of the output vs input.
So, I can create a long list of input values.
Then what is the easiest way to make planmaker use each input value into the input cell, and compute a corresponding list of ouput values from the Output cell?
So that I can then plot them, for example.

p.s. I found that Excel has a special tool for this: "data table", located in: Data//What-if Analysis//Data Table.
The nice thing about it is that you can then color code the table cells and thus you may not even need to plot them!
