How to stop force switching windows

Whenever I'm going back-and-forth between SoftMaker office apps and any other app, like browser or whatever, a SoftMaker app will forcibly switch to its own window. The only way to make it stay on the background is to specifically use window's minimising function.

It pisses me off so much I'm on the verge of deleting SoftMaker apps altogether.

Please click on ribbon command File | Options | tab Appearance | Uncheck the option “Show tooltips” | OK.

This seems an operating system level issue. Disabling tooltips will most probably resolve this issue for you.

Weirdly enough, for the first time in several years I have Softmakers Office - it wasn't switching while I was looking into you instructions step by step.
